WHY YOU STILL FEEL STUCK (EVEN WHEN YOU’RE DOING EVERYTHING RIGHT)

There’s a very specific kind of frustration that no one really talks about.

It’s when you’re actually trying.

You’re showing up, learning, saving posts, watching videos, maybe even investing in yourself… and still, nothing feels like it’s really moving.

You’re not lazy.

You’re not inconsistent.

So why does it feel like you’re stuck in the same place?

I’ve been there. And if I’m being honest, it’s one of the most draining phases to go through—because from the outside, it looks like you’re doing everything right… but inside, it feels like something isn’t clicking.

IN MINDSET

YOU’RE NOT STUCK BECAUSE YOU’RE DOING TOO LITTLE. YOU’RE STUCK BECAUSE YOU’RE DOING TOO MUCH OF THE WRONG THINGS.

This is the part that’s hard to accept.

We think progress comes from doing more—

more content, more research, more planning, more ideas.

But what actually happens is this:

you end up consuming way more than you create,

thinking way more than you execute,

and preparing way more than you move.

It feels productive… but it’s not moving you forward.

And that’s where the “stuck” feeling comes from.

IN MINDSET

YOU’RE CONSTANTLY “ALMOST STARTING”

This is something I had to be very honest with myself about.

Being stuck often looks like:

  • Refining your idea again
  • Waiting until it feels clearer
  • Tweaking things before you launch
  • Telling yourself “I just need a bit more time”


But in reality, you’re just staying in a safe zone where nothing is at risk… and nothing grows.


Because the truth is, clarity doesn’t come before action.

It comes from it.


Shifting my mindset to actually enjoy the process—mistakes included—changed everything for me. I stopped seeing failure as something negative and started seeing it as part of how you grow.


And just like Miley says… it’s the climb. So instead of rushing everything, learn to enjoy the process of becoming the business woman you aspire to be.

IN MINDSET

YOU’RE EXPECTING RESULTS FROM ACTIONS YOU’RE NOT FULLY COMMITTED TO

Another uncomfortable truth.

You might be showing up… but are you really all in?

Or are you:

  • Posting inconsistently
  • Stopping when you don’t see immediate results
  • Doubting everything after a few days
  • Switching strategies too quickly


Because that creates a cycle where nothing has time to actually work.

And then it reinforces the belief that “this isn’t working for me”—when in reality, it just wasn’t given the chance.

IN MINDSET

YOU’RE COMPARING YOUR BEGINNING TO SOMEONE ELSE’S MIDDLE

This one is subtle, but it affects everything.

You see people who are already making it work—

who are confident, consistent, getting results…

And without realizing it, you start measuring yourself against that.

So even when you are making progress, it doesn’t feel like it.

Because it doesn’t look like their progress.

And that creates this constant feeling of being behind.

IN MINDSET

SO WHAT ACTUALLY CHANGES THINGS?

Not another strategy.

Not more information.

It’s this shift:

You stop trying to feel ready, and you start acting anyway.

You simplify everything.


You pick one direction. And you commit to it longer than feels comfortable.


You stop overthinking every step and start focusing on movement instead of perfection.

Because progress isn’t loud.

It’s not always obvious.

And most of the time, it feels slow… until it suddenly isn’t.

IN MINDSET

IF YOU FEEL STUCK RIGHT NOW, READ THIS CAREFULLY

You’re not behind.

You’re not failing.


You’re just in the phase where things are still building beneath the surface.


But that phase only turns into results if you keep moving.

Not perfectly.

Not confidently.


Just consistently enough to give yourself a real chance.

Because the difference between staying stuck and moving forward

is usually much smaller than it feels.

And most of the time, it’s just one decision:

to stop waiting… and actually go.

NOW LET’S ACTUALLY DO SOMETHING WITH THIS

Take a few minutes and be honest with yourself—this is where things actually start to shift.

1. WHERE ARE YOU ACTUALLY STUCK RIGHT NOW?

Not the vague version. Be specific.

  • What have you been “working on” for a while but not moving forward with?
  • What keeps getting delayed, rethought, or “improved” but never executed?

Write it down clearly. If you can’t define it, you can’t fix it.


2. WHAT ARE YOU AVOIDING (WITHOUT REALIZING IT)?

This one matters more than it seems.

Ask yourself:

  • Am I consuming more than I’m creating?
  • Am I waiting to feel ready before I start?
  • Am I overthinking instead of taking action?

Be honest here. No one else is reading this.


3. PICK ONE THING AND SIMPLIFY IT

You don’t need a perfect plan. You need movement.

Choose one thing you’ve been overcomplicating and strip it down:

  • What’s the simplest version of this I could do today?
  • What would this look like if I stopped trying to make it perfect?

That’s your starting point.


4. DECIDE WHAT “CONSISTENT” ACTUALLY MEANS FOR YOU

Not ideal. Realistic.

  • How often can you show up without burning out?
  • What can you commit to even on low-energy days?

Set a standard you can actually keep.


5. TAKE ACTION TODAY (NOT TOMORROW)

Small, but real.

  • Post the content
  • Start the page
  • Write the first draft
  • Launch the idea imperfectly

Whatever your “thing” is—do one step today.

Not when it feels right.

Not when it’s perfect.

Just today.


FINAL THOUGHT

You don’t need more time.

You don’t need more information.

You need to trust yourself enough to move.

And once you do, things start to shift faster than you expect.
